SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Monday - Wednesday - Friday : 9:30 am to 10:15 a.m.
Collierville Community Center Gymnasium
Instructor, Kyra Barger, will lead group in a daily exercise routine that consist of stretching, toning, hand-weights, dyna-bands, balance exercises and more! Group usually arrives early to walk (warm-up) before class starts and some walk after class as well. Senior 55+ Walking time in Gym/track is available M-F from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. for Collierville Residents (free).
Exercise Punch Cards: $10 (you receive 12 visits). Please purchase card at Parks Administration Office prior to class start time. Please arrive before class starts at 9:30 a.m. to have your card punched by Instructor; participants will also need to sign-in each day at table provided in the gym before participanting in class. $5.00 includes lunch, 2 cards for play and prizes for bingo game
Register one week prior to event at the Parks Administration Office, 440 W. Powell Road. Registration on day of event takes away from event time. Food ordered based on participants registered for event!

February 12th ~ Spaghetti/Slaw/Bread/Dessert/Beverage..Bring $1 gift for Bingo & a paper product for Page Robbins Donation
March 12th ~ Chick-fil-A Stips/Salad/Dessert/Beverage
April 9th ~ BBQ Sandwich/Beans/Slaw/Dessert/Beverage
May 14th ~ Hamburger/Potato Salad/Dessert/Beverage
June 11th ~ Chicken Salad Croissant/Chips/Dessert/Beverage
Monthly Note: Everyone bring a used magazine or book to swap with friends! Also if you have items around the house that you can't use or return and would like to donate them for bingo prizes - it would be greatly appreciated (Go Green/Recycle). Again your ideas and thoughts are welcomed!

If you are Interested in competing in the Memphis District games and qualify for the State games then contact Lisa Gaither at 457-2775 for information and forms. Entry deadline is March 1st , 2013. If you are interested in forming a group for a specific sport in 2013 please contact me.
