Coach Application
Proof of Residency Requirement Each Collierville resident must show proof of residency. Items as proof are Town Water Bill or copy, Town Property Tax Bill/Receipt or copy, MLGW Bill or copy.
Proof of Age Requirement Each participant must show proof of age by original or copy of birth certificate, or a shot record with the date of birth noted. This is to help with league parity.
Coach or Player Request Each participant may make requests for coaches and or players on the registration form.
Early Registration Dates January 17th - February 3rd Collierville Community Center 440 West Powell Rd. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Late Registration Dates February 6th - February 10th
Collierville Resident Fee $95 first child/ $75 each additional child
Non-Collierville Resident Fee $145 first child/ $125 each additional child
Refund Policy Refunds may be granted (less a $15 Administration Fee) prior to February 13th. Once player has been placed on a team, no refund will be issued.
Waiting List Registrations taken after February 10th will be placed on a waiting list. Participants will be called off this list when needed to fill the roster limits. There is no guarantee that a participant will be placed on a team.
Ages League is COED, ages 5 & 6 years old. Age as of May 1, 2012.
Coaches Our program's success is determined by volunteer coaches. Please consider volunteering with us and complete a Head Coach's Application.
Head Coach Vouchers At the conclusion of the season, all Head Coaches will receive a $75 voucher. Voucher are good for any Collierville Parks and Recreation sport program within the next calendar year. This is our way of saying Thank You for all you do.
Coaches Meeting Thursday, March 1st 6pm, location to be determined. Coaches will be notified about the location.
Teams All participants will be assigned to teams by computer. All requests must be made on the registration form.
Practices Day, time, and frequency of practices are solely at the coach's discretion.
Uniforms/Equipment Shirts, hats, and socks will be provided and will be given to the Head Coach prior to the first game. Make sure to note your shirt size on the registration form. We will also provide game balls. All other equipment is the responsibility of the participant.
Season Game days will be determined by the number of teams in our sports programs. Starting date is tentatively the week of March 26th, and the conclusion of the season will be the week of Memorial Day Weekend.
Tee Ball World Series There will be an end of the year celebration. Teams will play a double header. Hamburgers and/or hotdogs and drinks will be provided for each player and sibling. Parents must purchase concessions from the consession stand. There will be activities, games, and inflatables for the youngsters.
