PLEASE READ and UNDERSTAND BEFORE USING

1. Facilities can be reserved only by teams under the supervision and administration of the Town of Collierville or any Town of Collierville recognized service provider.
2. Teams can have no more than four (4) team meetings during any week. (Monday - Sunday).  Ex:  If recreational teams are scheduled two (2) game slots per week, they are able to have two (2) more team meetings within that week. 
3. All teams are allowed to have three (3) Town of Collierville fields reserved each week and one (1) batting cage reserved.  If a team has reserved two (2) field time slots for a game or practice, they are able to reserve one (1) additional field and one (1) additional batting cage time slot for that week (Monday - Sunday).
4. Practices can not exceed more than ninety (90) minutes.
5. Teams are not allowed to reserve more than one time slot a day. 
6. Teams must have Username and Password provided by the Town of Collierville to use this system.
7. Facility reservations are viewable by everyone and the page is monitored.  This department will delete any practice reservations that are in violation of these policies.
8. Only your team may reserve a space using that team's user name and password.  Anyone reserving a space for another team using their user name and password will lose field reservation privileges.
9. Anyone found abusing the Practice Reservation procedure could lose reservation privileges and may be subject to further suspension.
10. If at any time there are any questions regarding procedures to reserve a slot, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 457-2770.
11. Sections colored in RED are "unavailable" slots due to games and/or maintenance.
12. Reserved spaces are subject to be overridden by this department due to make up games being rescheduled, etc.  If this happens and if other space is available, this department will try to re-schedule anyone's practice that was cancelled or moved.
