The Cultural Arts Division along with the Collierville Arts Council and the Harrell Performing Arts Theatre seeks to advance and strengthen community bonds by developing interest in the ARTS.  It is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence by producing theatre, music, and dance performances that continue to be an expression of the community’s talents, values, needs, resources, and aspirations.  In 2011, the Harrell Theatre received a record fourteen (14) nominations for the Ostrander Awards that recognizes excellence in performing arts in the Mid-South.  Also, Harrell Theatre set a season attendance record by completely selling out 13 shows for High School Musical.
