1.     Facility Improvements within the Park System

o       Irrigation at Halle Park behind the library

o       Irrigate open space practice area at W. C. Johnson Park West

o       Begin work on Hinton Park stream restoration project

2.     Expand Recreational and Educational Programming

    o       Review acquiring Schilling Farms Property along Nonconnah Creek

    o       Design Cowan Road Connection

     

    10.   Promotion of White Church

    o       Participation in bridal expos

    o       Participation in Travel shows

     

    11.  Develop Maintenance Division Equipment Replacement Plan

    o       Develop and approve equipment standards

    o       Evaluate equipment

    o       Prepare equipment specifications

    o       Upgrade filing system and asset files
